Beggar squirrel on the River Walk, Zion NP

 SPRINGDALE, UT -- Saturday we took a familiar and popular walk along a paved trail in Zion National Park.
 A rail fence borders the trail. The fence posts make excellent toll-booths for the squirrels who try to extort junk food from the passing throngs.  Often they are successful.  Their obesity levels rival those of human Americans.
 This fellow isn't fat, and he isn't getting anything out of this encounter either, except a starring role in the lady's vacation photo album.
