Off chasing birds again

Yet another osprey with yet another fish

 TITUSVILLE, FL -- We've been on a couple of photo expeditions since we came home to Florida, but without any exciting results.  It seems the birds aren't as plentiful as they used to be.  Or maybe we're still just too early in the season.

 Tuesday we drove to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, where we unintentionally interrupted this osprey who was eating lunch atop a dead tree. He took off, carrying his half-eaten fish with him.

 I have dozens of pictures like this by now, but I always enjoy coming up with another one.
