Rebuffed youngster backs offNORTH RIM, AZ -- The beefalo were out and close to the road when we returned from our days off Monday afternoon.
We stopped to watch for a few minutes and witnessed a moment of drama between a calf and and adult. The little guy bumped his nose against the face of the beefalo on the right in search of some attention or affection, or perhaps he was just being annoying in the way children sometimes are.
The big guy didn't want to be bothered, and snapped his head up, banging junior in the nose.
