WHITEHORSE, YT -- My camera doesn't do justice to the luminous colors of the Yukon's aspens. Each tree is on its own schedule, and turns first bright yellow, then red-orange. The progression is shown from left to right in this picture, taken this afternoon along the Alaska Highway.
