Lunch outside the Maine State Aquarium |
BOOTHBAY HARBOR, ME -- One can't eat lobster every day (without taking out a mortgage) but one can find a pretty, and free, place to eat lunch, as long as the weather is good.
Looking for cheap entertainment, we visited the Maine State Aquarium near here. It's small, but interesting, and the senior admission is only $3. We learned a lot about lobster and got to observe some of the lucky ones who don't have to worry about traps.
But before we even went inside, we made use of the picnic tables outside.
